1. Introduction
Welcome to LokiLoki.art ("the Website"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Website and the purchase of products from LokiLoki.art ("we", "us", "our"). By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website. 2. Products
Product Information
LokiLoki.art sells original artwork, fine art prints and other creative products. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct these before accepting an order.
Original Artwork
Each original artwork is unique. Original artworks are individually priced based on factors including size, medium, condition, rarity and artistic value. Any known imperfections, signs of age or other notable characteristics that form part of an artwork's condition will be described within the product listing or otherwise communicated before dispatch.
Minor variations, textures or characteristics that naturally arise from creating original artwork should not be considered defects.
Prints and Other Products
Open edition prints and other reproduced products are created from original artwork. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, slight variations between production batches may occur.
Colour Accuracy
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings and ambient lighting. While we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, slight differences between the images shown on the Website and the finished product should be expected.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Original artworks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold, they may not be available again unless clearly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or amend product descriptions, photographs or pricing at any time before an order has been accepted.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once your order has been accepted and prepared for fulfilment.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Any applicable taxes will be shown during checkout where required.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:
a pricing or listing error has occurred;
payment cannot be authorised;
fraudulent activity is suspected; or
the product is no longer available.
If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded promptly.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Dispatch times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may change over time. Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or similar charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated during checkout. Responsibility for the order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided during checkout.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted. Any return after dispatch will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing within these Terms limits your legal rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lokiloki.art@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
clear photographs of the item;
photographs of the packaging;
photographs of any shipping labels where relevant; and
retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Failure to retain packaging may affect our ability to investigate claims with the shipping carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, written content, poetry, branding and other material displayed on this Website remain the intellectual property of LokiLoki.art. Purchasing an original artwork, print or other product transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and all associated intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You may not, without prior written permission:
reproduce or copy our artwork;
create prints or merchandise using our artwork;
use our artwork for commercial purposes;
modify or create derivative works from our artwork for commercial use;
mint or distribute our artwork as NFTs or similar digital assets; or
use our artwork to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

8. Website Use
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
introduce malicious software or harmful code;
misuse the Website or its content; or
infringe the intellectual property rights of LokiLoki.art or others.
This Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those external websites.
9. Content Advisory
LokiLoki.art explores a wide range of artistic themes. Some artwork, photography or written content may include mature subject matter, including but not limited to strong language, smoking, references to drugs, nudity, sexuality, mental health, self-harm or other themes intended for a mature audience. Visitors are encouraged to use their own discretion when viewing the Website.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LokiLoki.art shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of products, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the Website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
