Returns & Refunds Policy

At LokiLoki.art, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and the process for returning items or requesting a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Cancelling an Order

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please follow the return process below where applicable.

To request a cancellation, please contact lokiloki.art@gmail.com as soon as possible.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase a physical item online, you generally have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing lokiloki.art@gmail.com. Once your return has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Returned items must:

  • be in their original condition;

  • be securely packaged;

  • include all original contents where applicable; and

  • show no signs of damage or unnecessary handling beyond what is reasonably required to inspect the item.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Original Artwork

Original artworks may also be returned under your statutory consumer rights. Because each original artwork is unique, it is particularly important that it is returned in the same condition in which it was received. If an original artwork is returned with damage or a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the item;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs of any shipping labels where relevant.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as this may be required by the shipping carrier. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights. You will not be charged return postage where the return is due to our error or because the item is faulty.

5. Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the delivery carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted where:

  • the item has been personalised or customised for you;

  • the item has been damaged after delivery through misuse or improper care;

  • the item has been altered after receipt; or

  • the return falls outside your statutory rights.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. How to Request a Return

Please email lokiloki.art@gmail.com with:

  • your name;

  • your order number;

  • the item(s) you wish to return;

  • the reason for the return (where applicable).

We will provide instructions for returning your order. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

8. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several working days for the funds to appear in your account.
